Booking Policy
- As per government regulations, every guest must carry a valid photo ID such as Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, or Ration Card.
- Seven Safar Tour & Travels will not be responsible if check-in is denied due to missing identification proof.
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. Children accompanying adults should be between 1 and 12 years of age.
- Extra charges may apply for additional beds, meals, or other services not included in the booking voucher, as per hotel policy.
- If an extra bed is provided, it may be a folding cot or mattress depending on hotel availability.
- Check-in and check-out timings vary by hotel. Please confirm early check-in or late check-out directly with the hotel.
- Services such as room service, minibar, snacks, laundry, and telephone calls are chargeable unless specifically mentioned in your booking.
- If a hotel refuses accommodation to couples due to invalid or unacceptable ID proof, Seven Safar Tour & Travels will not be responsible, and no refund will be provided.
- Some hotels may deny accommodation to local or nearby residents. Seven Safar Tour & Travels is not responsible in such cases.
- Booking modifications are subject to room availability and may attract cancellation or amendment charges as per hotel policy.
- Seven Safar Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify, revise, or withdraw any offer without prior notice.
- During festivals, long weekends, New Year, Holi, Christmas, or special occasions, mandatory gala dinner charges may apply and must be paid directly to the hotel.
- Refunds for payments made via UPI, credit card, or debit card will be processed back to the original payment method. Other refunds will be issued through an account payee cheque.
- Force majeure events such as adverse weather, strikes, traffic restrictions, natural disasters, festivals, or hotel overbooking may affect bookings. Seven Safar Tour & Travels shall not be liable for any compensation or refund in such cases.
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
